CAT Preparation - Frequently Asked Questions
CAT question paper comprises three sections – Quantitative Ability (QA), Data Interpretation & Logical reasoning (DILR), and Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC).
Aside from IIMs, IITs, IISc, and top-ranked B-schools, the CAT score is accepted for admission to various management programmes.
You must provide the Aggregate Percentage up to the last marks statement received from the University in order to meet the CAT eligibility criteria.
You are not allowed to apply for more than one slot. If you attempt to appear for CAT 2022 more than once, it will be considered a fraudulent act. Admit cards, photo IDs, candidate photos, and biometric information will all be verified to ensure that candidates only have one attempt. At any point during the selection process, candidates who attempt to take the test more than once will be eliminated
To select candidates for the second stage of selection, each IIM college has its own set of criteria. Written tests, group discussions, personal interviews, and work experience are used to select students.
